- Original vehicle registration document (or if lost, the original loss report is required)
- Original Certificate of Ownership or Complementary Sheet (or if lost, the original loss report is required)
- Front/back photocopy of the owner’s valid identity document
- Photocopy of the owner’s health card/tax code
In case of delegation, in addition to the documents listed above, it is necessary:
- Proxy completed and signed by the Owner (downloadable online at http://www.aci.it/fileadmin/documenti/per_circolare/guida_pratiche_auto/modulistica/MODELLO_DELEGA.pdf)
- Front/back photocopy of the delegate’s valid identity document
- Photocopy of the delegate’s health card/tax code
IN CASE OF INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT DOCUMENTATION, or ADMINISTRATIVE STOP, OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COLLECT THE CAR.
- Original vehicle registration document (or if lost, the original loss report is required)
- Original Certificate of Ownership or Complementary Sheet (or if lost, the original loss report is required)
- ACI / PRA form completed and signed “Dichiarazione sostitutiva di certificazione del Legale Rappresentante” (downloadable online at the following link http://www.aci.it/fileadmin/documenti/per_circolare/autocertificazione/dslegalerappresentante.pdf )
- Front/back photocopy of the valid identity document of the Legal Representative
- Photocopy of health card/tax code of the legal representative
- Chamber of Commerce registration of the company owning the vehicle
In case of delegation, in addition to the documents listed above, it is necessary:

- Front/back photocopy of the delegate’s valid identity document
- Photocopy of the delegate’s health card/tax code
IN CASE OF INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT DOCUMENTATION, or ADMINISTRATIVE STOP, OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COLLECT THE CAR.
PLEASE REMEMBER THE CUSTOMER THE DOCUMENTATION TO BE SUBMITTED UPON DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE:
- Original vehicle registration document (or if lost, the original loss report is required)
- Original Certificate of Ownership or Complementary Sheet (or if lost, the original loss report is required)
- Form ACI/PRA “Dichiarazione sostitutiva Eredità” completed and signed by an heir (downloadable online at the following link http://www.aci.it/fileadmin/documenti/per_circolare/autocertificazione/modulistica/2018/All_circolare_5823_2015__DS_accettazione_eredita.pdf )
- Front/back photocopy of the valid identity document of ALL the entitled heirs
- Photocopy of health card/Tax Code of ALL entitled heirs
- Photocopy of the death certificate of the deceased holder
In the case of several heirs, in addition to the documents listed above, it is also necessary:
- Powers completed and signed by ALL the heirs for the delivery of the vehicle by the usual person agreed by them (downloadable online at http://www.aci.it/fileadmin/documenti/per_circolare/guida_pratiche_auto/modulistica/MODELLO_DELEGA.pdf )
- Front/back photocopy of the delegate’s valid identity document
- Photocopy of the delegate’s health card/tax code
